For Candidates
It is the Co-Active Training Institute.
If you inform us at least 21 days in advance, we can place you in the following cohort up to two times. (Health-related reasons are excluded.)
It has been offering training programs since 1992.
The training is divided into two stages: five modules followed by a certification process.

Through the global Co-Active Network community and the Co-Active Hub knowledge base, our coaches are continuously supported even after completing the training.
Our trainings are led by two lead coaches and supported by two assistants. Each training module lasts three days. Throughout the program, you both give and receive feedback, and you practice coaching and receive coaching based on real-life topics.
The language of instruction is Turkish. However, English versions of the documents are also available in the knowledge base shared during the training.
Level 1 accreditation covers 60–124 hours of student contact time, while Level 2 accreditation covers 125–175 hours of student contact time.
The trainings are not recorded. All sessions are conducted live and are based on real-life topics.
Yes, the modules must be taken in sequence.
In the first stage, which consists of five modules, you may receive a separate certificate of attendance for each module, or a single certificate of attendance totaling 104 hours upon completion of the final module, Synergy. This certificate is valid worldwide.
Our faculty consists of eight MCC Coach Trainers. All of our trainers deliver these programs both in Türkiye and in various countries around the world (across 22 countries) and share equal responsibility across the modules.
