Internal Assessor Training Program

Assessor Training Certificate Program

Assessment Centers consist of structured, multi-dimensional practices that provide objective and comprehensive feedback throughout recruitment, promotion, and development processes. One of the most critical elements of these practices is the competence of the assessors conducting the process. The Assessor Training Certificate Program offers professionals who want to specialize in this field the opportunity to learn and experience assessment center processes end-to-end. 

The program is designed to build essential competencies such as observation, scoring, and delivering structured feedback—starting from the core principles of assessment centers. Participants gain hands-on experience through individual and group exercises based on sample cases; they practice various simulation types such as role plays, strategic planning exercises, and case analyses, while improving their observation and reporting skills. In addition, the program covers managing challenging situations, using digital tools, combining observations, and effectively communicating results.

 

In the final module of the program, participants conduct both case assessments and structured feedback interviews under the supervision of expert assessors.
