What Is Coaching?
According to the ICF’s definition, coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking, inspiring, and creative process that maximizes their personal and professional potential.
CTI’s Co-Active Coaching model is grounded in viewing the individual as naturally creative, resourceful, and whole; it focuses both on the state of “being” and the movement of “doing.”
In this approach, the coach builds a strong partnership with the client, enhances their awareness, strengthens their ability to make conscious choices, and supports their courage to take action.

Why Is Coaching Important
for Employees?
In today’s dynamic and high-expectation business environment, employees constantly face shifting roles, goals, and uncertainties. Coaching helps employees gain clarity in this complex landscape, recognize their strengths,
set meaningful goals, and build a more balanced work life. It also boosts intrinsic motivation and empowers individuals to take leadership of their
own potential.
At Elemental Value, the key areas we focus on include:
Increased productivity
Increased profitability
Enhanced organizational commitment
Improved quality
Stronger relationships
Strengthened teamwork
Higher job satisfaction
Reduced conflict
